The Four Palms Apartments consist of one house and three 4-unit buildings. One laundry room is available in the 9330 building.
We are located at 9328 Palm Street, Bellflower, CA 90706, 9330 Palm Street, 9332 Palm Street and 9334 Palm Street. We have a new $1.5 million park across the street and trees to shade our location. We are two blocks north of Artesia Blvd and west of Clark Ave. The Stater Brothers shopping complex is at the west end of our street. Palm Street has easy access to the 91, 605 and 710 freeways.
Our available apartments are "Open House" for viewing Monday thru Friday, noon to 5 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Walk on in and take a look around!
Our rental agreement is month-to-month, not a lease! You are not tied into a long term agreement!
Units come with one reserved parking space, if you have a vehicle. Additional spaces can be rented for $30.00 a month.
Utilities paid by the management for the 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Units are trash, water and hot water.
Utilities paid by the mange for the 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Units are trash and water.
Utilities by the management for the Single No Bedroom 1 Bath Unit are trash, water, hot water and electricity. No cooking gas hookup is in this unit. You provide a microwave or electric hot plate.
All units have a kitchen ceiling fan and a large dining area. Gas appliances are included to save you on utility costs (except in our Single).
The units come with blinds, wall-to-wall carpets, vinyl flooring, ceramic tile counters, stove-oven and garbage disposal.
The units are wired for cable which provides you TV and internet access. No Time-Warner cable telephone is allowed.
No manager on site.
